Read real time data from CMS

We get an Definity CMS V3R11 here. I can access its Informix through OBDC, but only historical data there. I am wondering how to access the realtime data. I know it is doable since the CentreVu can get it. It looks like a COM running on the client machine can access the real time report.

My question is if the connection an Avaya propritary thing. What is going on in the Solaris side?
