I'm an Exchange newbie... basically, I work for a Hotel, and am concerned about the quality of the responses we're giving to email inquiries. I want to be able to read the items in the sent folder of about 6 other employees?

What's the simplest way of doing this?

I have the admin password to the exchange server.

Thanks a bunch!

James

If you are on the exchange server, then you can simply open the mailboxes of everyone.

Alternatively, if you have server rules, or a journal. Have it send all outgoing messages from x people to you.

Alt, set yourself up to see other mailboxes in Outlook etc.

Any problems, let me know

Not true...

If you are logged in as the service account or add yourself with user permissions in 5.5 admin then you can open mailboxes. Just being on the server doesn't give you any special rights. To add permissions tab when viewing mailboxes goto Tools and then Permissions and check these.
