Read only when opening server share

i have a user who was fine up till yesterday.
now when she opens files on a server share, they are read only.. incl the folders.
she is on a Win2K desktop, accessing a Nt4 sp6a server.

i have tried from another PC on the LAN and all opens ok.
permisions are set 100% for her to have full control over both share and files.

any ideas?

I would relook at her permissions and make sure she is not in the wrong group or permissions level have not changed. Something or someone had to change those permissions.
