Hi
I have a '97 file that I created with Access '97 on an NT 4.0 SP6 Workstation. The Access file always resided on an NT 4.0 SP6 server. The file has forms, reports, queries.
If I try to bring up the file with Access 97 on a Win95 cpu that is networked to the NT server, I get a read only message.
1. The Access file is not open anywhere else.
2. I did not do anything with the user permissions.
3. Access is the only '97 application on the Win '95 cpu - it is otherwise running 2000 Word and 2000 Excel.
4. I have loaded the Access '97 MS query via the add/remove.
Do I need to load anything else on the '95 cpu. Any suggestions?
Thank you for your help
