Read Multiple Logs Simultaneously

I am looking for a way to avoid having all the domains on my web server writing to the same access_log file, but to allow me to see all the access stats for the main domains at one shot.

Is there a script package that anyone knows of which can open and read multiple log files for multiple domains and spit out summaries?

I hope my intent of this is clear, if not, I'll try and explain again.
