Read Keycode Error File

Hello all,
i've installed the option 61C but the cpu0 cannot boot and i got the following:
KC: fail to retrieve data from keycodm file:"/p/install/keycode.rec"

sys4597 read keycode file error.

i reinstall the software and the keycode for the RMD but it did not solve the problem.

any help... thanks a lot

Did you have the same problem after reinstallation of software and keycodes?
In that case, is the software the right release and issue?
Is the keycode in correct format?
(downlod it again from Nortetherwise)

How did you install the keycode on the RMD?
If you have transmitted it via the RX command, it can be uploaded but is not working as it becomes corrupt in the transmission sometimes.
