I have a user using Outlook Express 6 in windows 2000 pro. He recieve an e-mail message and he is able to read it. but later on when he check the e-mail message again, the body become garbage. He said it happen sometime, not all the time. I don't have a clue what can cause this problem. can you please help me.

Your default browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later.

The default font for composing and reading plain text is Arial Special G1.
