Read AIX savevg on W2K system

I have a backup-tape (savevg) on 4mm DDS-4 tape which I want to read (not restore) on a W2K server. Is there an easy solution?

Thanks to everyone who replied. I already use uuencode/decode where the recepient is on UNIX. (aixmurderer has a very nice write-up). The problem is that my recepients have Windows mail clients, Lotus Notes to be precise...
