Reachability Dashboard

I have a problem with Reachability Dashboard. The problem is I have a VSAT network, in which there is about a 2000ms response time. I am able to telnet to the device and ping with the extended command. My devices show up in my topology map. But in Dashoard they report as down. Is there any way that I can increase the time. So dashboard expects a response from the device to approx 2200ms?

any help will be greatly appreciated..
