what's the difference of the xsi:schemaLocation and xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation attributes?

xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation is used for the physical location of schemas like xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation=" or xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="mylocal.xsd", right?

what about xsi:schemaLocation?

what's the difference?

I'm not clear.
