Hi y'all. I might be re-using a database (that I built) since it is very similar to a new one I am creating. Please give me any insights to pitfalls I might come across. Also, what is the best/safest/smartest way to globally change a field name so that it changes in all reports/forms/queries/modules? If I change the name in the table, I don't believe it changes it in all other objects. Or does it? I seem to recall trying before and having to change in the query manually.

Thank you for any insight.

1. If you have NameAutoCorrect checked it will possibly change the names. But that feature is known as a horrible corruption facility. It hurts more than it helps.

2. If you want to rename something you can use the free V-Tools' Total Deep Search to do it.
