Okay I hate my boss first of all. She is never satisfied. And she's new here. Okay so Im at reception and my phone rings. And if I dont grab it in time it goes to her line. I dont want it to go there anymore, I want to send it to ex # 130...how do I do that?
Right now it goes reception, then #130 and #101...
Help asap

It sounds like your boss has either a primary cover button set to delayed ring or a secondary cover button on her phone. If she has a MLX display phone, just press, Feature 00, press the cover button, it will have a red light next to it either steady or flashing....press the Delete soft button below the display, or without a display phone, press the button you want ot delete and press *21, Feature *00 to exit program mode.
