Is it possible to change time and date of a 3300 system through an sc5550 ip console? and if so how ?

Yup, sure is. From menu's at top of the console software access the ESM. Enter the username/password and go to the Group Admin Tool. Highlight Time/Date and then enter the new time anddate. Save and Exit.
