Can anyone tell me how to get started on generating usage reports for a Symposium Call Center server. I need them for a monthly managers meeting and this is my first exposure to them.

I'm sorry but I don't understand the term "usage report". Can you tell us that "usage report" is?

From the admin page there should be a "Reports" icon ... this gives 60 or so predefined reports.
These can be run on a schedule or as one-offs & can also be copied, redefined/modified and then run.
