RE: Sorting a field within a group

Hello,
I'm using Crystal XI and have a report that uses a few groupings.
Group 1 - Location
Group 2 - Sub Location
Group 3 - Cards

Within Group 3 I have a field called "Last Used Date". Is there a way I can sort on this field within the group without creating another grouping? If I create another group for this field the calculations that I used in group 3 no longer work correctly.

Insert a maximum on Last Used Date at the Group 3 level. Then go to report->group sort->and select Last Used Date as the group sort field--ascending or descending, as you wish. After the sort is accomplished, you can remove the summary field from the report.
