There are many possible causes for this.
Connection to database.
Developemnt data versus production.
Web and desktop versions may not be same.
Did you save the report to retrieve all data, or retrieve on command?
The next thing I would suggest trying is opening the executable the web uses on the box instead of Impromptu. The report rendering is slightly different and could be causing the problem.
