Re-routing

I have a customer that reroutes there extension number to a ring group on no answer. The problem is that the ring group members are presented with From Ext No (e.g. 281) No Ans, however they would like to be presented with From Name of Ext No.(e.g.John Doe)No Ans.

Is this achievable?

Go to telephone directory assignment and add an entry for the ring group in there. I think that might do it.

This is common complaint for me, never been able to resolve it. Don't think the telephone directory will fixit.

If you find a solution I'd like to know.

The system is designed to display extensions for integration purposes.

Sets with larger displays should display both Name and Number. What type of set is answering?
