Re-routing mail for employee already deleted

Is there a possibility to re-route the incoming mail to another idea for a manager that has been deleted a month too early from Lotus Notes?

Our administrator misread the exit notice and possible incoming mail will now bounce, cause the mail-address (and user) no longer exists?

You can create a new Person document with the email address and point it to another mail db.

Or, you can create a mail-in database that recieves email.

Or, maybe just add the old name as an alias to an existing person?.
