Hi Everyone,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I'm looking for a template that I can use for users to request detailed reports. Unfortunately due to budget this needs to be something like a free download....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Allyne,

My recommendation is to come up with a form that covers the basics, fields, grouping, when these conditions, and summarizations. The form will not replace the need for a requirement elicitation, however it will get individuals thinking out their needs.
