Re-Program DNs

Recently I added a 16-port module, however, I need to find instructions or tips on how to re-program the DNs so that I continue on last available extension. (i.e. 526 is the first available extension, but the whole range of 400 has been skipped over). Is there a way I can redirect to DNs to use the 400 range? Or how do I program the system to start the new module from the first available extension.

I know my explaination is confusing, but anyone can help I would REALLY appreciate it.
