Has anyone come across this problem?   HP3Si is shared on W2KPRO on IBM TP770e.  Another W2KPRO Station prints fine to it but when a Win95 or Win98 system tries to print to it, you would get "Access code is invalid" on the 95 or 98 station.

I had similar problems with other printers. Depending on what happened when you created the network printers on your win9x machines they may have picked up the drivers from the W2K machine. You might try reloading the printer drivers in the win9x machines with win9x drivers from the HP website. They may be tring to run the W2K drivers.

I tried once and I kept gettin IPC$ password. On windows 2000 machine you can give user rights to the printer. Have the 98 or 95 machine user restart, log back into the domain and try adding the printer now that they have rights to it. I think that solved my problem.
