RE-POST - Call Return feature on 2400IPX

I added the Call Return feature to my phone and placed a test call. The Call Return button lights up.

When I get a dial tone and press the Call Return button to return the phone call it ONLY dials the Area Code. It doesn't dial the rest of the number.

How can I program the switch to dial the 9+1+AreaCode+PhoneNumber?

Your problem is that the incoming call does not send the 9+1 to the phone. This is set up on a per route basis. Also , you may have to program your phone sytems LCR pattern to drop the 1+ AREA CODE for local calls so that local calls will go out the local route. This is something you may want to break down and pay your vendor for.
