Hey Guys!
I just picked up a used Phaser 780 and have run into the following problems with it:
1. After cleaning it extensively, I powered it up and the front panel said "Insert Black Toner".
2. So, I inserted a brand-new, out of the box one and turned the printer back on.
3. Once the printer went through it's cycle, it gave me the same message - "Insert Black Toner".
4. So, I took out the toner, (as well as the C, M & Y), thoroughly cleaned the toner carousel (think that the toner cartridge sensor may be gummed up, re-inserted the toners and turned on the printer.
5. Now the Phaser runs through its cycle and gets to "Intializing..." and just sits there.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
