One of my clients can't transfer incoming calls to any extensions. They use the usual method i.e. Answer call (doesn't put on hold), hit transfer key and the desired extension, hang up. Now calls don't go to any extension-just go blank
I have checked that do not disturb is not activated on any extension.
Any more ideas to troubleshoot the problem
System and voice mail is otherwise working
