Hello,

I have a report that uses a paramater called @User_ID. This report has 2 datasets each using the @User_ID paramater.

The report uses 2 Matrix's

Matrix 1 shows User_ID, Date,Description
Matric 2 shows User_ID, Instructions, Details

When I run the report and Select user's 1 and 2 I get the following results

Matrix 1: User_ID Date Description
1 2/1/2013 Test
2 2/3/2013 Test

Matrix 2: User_ID Instrtuctions Details
1 test test
2 test test
3 test test
How can I get Matrix 2 to just show the same User_ID information as Matrix 1.

Thanks for your hel!

If you add a filter to Matrix 2, then get it to only show values where @User_ID matches.
In the filter window, when you click on the expression button (Fx), you should get an Expression Window there is a category list on the bottom left, in there you can select the parameters from the report.
