Re-ordering Data in Excel

Currently this is how my data is set up:

ColA: ColB: ColC: ColD: ColE: ColF:
Broker Dec-05 Nov-05 Oct-05 Sep-05 Aug-05

but i would like to get it like this:

Any way to automate this? I have over 350 Brokers I need to do this to.

Have a look at Pivot Tables.
