Hello all...

I have a strange issue/senario..

We have removed our OCTEL and have migrated to Cisco Unity. The Unity is hanging on our Succession 4.5.
The issue is outside calls coming into the prime number (KEY 0) goes to the general Cisco greeting. Calls coming into the prime while the prime is busy, hunts to KEY 01 then goes to the persons actual voice mail box.
5-digit dialing works fine over the TIE line, this issue seems to be over the PRI.
