we running about 5 restaurants using Micros system. Is there any head-office system of Micros that we could use to centralize everything (sale consolidation, food cost controlling, CRM - customer relationship management ...)
Currently, we have to manually update store-by-store each time we have a new advertisement, launching new item or collecting sale data.
The local partner of Micros offered us Material Control but it just for food cost controlling. We need a full software system that could help us collecting customer data (for voucher or membership cards), control food cost..
