Re: Micros Res 4 and 5 - Head Office System?

Hi there,

we running about 5 restaurants using Micros system. Is there any head-office system of Micros that we could use to centralize everything (sale consolidation, food cost controlling, CRM - customer relationship management ...)

Currently, we have to manually update store-by-store each time we have a new advertisement, launching new item or collecting sale data.

The local partner of Micros offered us Material Control but it just for food cost controlling. We need a full software system that could help us collecting customer data (for voucher or membership cards), control food cost..

Micros Em will allow you to maintain your database from one location, but that is about it. We've found that when paired with something like MyMicros it works out very very well. You could also consider Simphony 2, but the initial cost is high and takes a good number of establishments before it justifies its cost.
