Re-label 9650 IP Phone softkeys?

May have missed something here. How do I remove or re-label the four softkeys on the 9650 IP phone?

Why would you want to remove Hold, Conf, Transfer and Drop? What do you plan to use the phone for? Things without the previously named four features?

not using the hold key except on the dig phone. using park keys on the 9650 customer loves them. just want to get rid of the hold and assign another key on the softkey
