Re-IP Signalling servers

We have several ISP1100 Sig servers. Our network is changing to a 10. infrastructure for both the elan and clan.
Re-IP thru element manager is not the best solution on something like this. Other than using a boot CD on every site to re-IP the sig.srv has anyone done this thru CLAN telnet command line and would that be the best solution? I relize there are many other pieces here switch, mgc's etc. But Im trying to skinny down the process and keep it as simple as possible. Thanks

Simplest way is like you said with the cd, change basic sig server config. Don't know any commands to change IP config in command line.

Why would Element Manager not work.

Change the Node IP setting, transmit and reboot for the changes to take affect. Done it several times.
