Re-invites for cisco ata191mpp

Anyone get a Cisco ATA191MPP working with session manager, I cannot get it to send re-invites and the option to do so appears to be missing in the cisco config. I can get calls to work but no audio when calling out from the device. If we call out and press any # it will then work with audio after sending a re-invite manually which is not ideal for end users.
