Re-installing SP3a

hi experts,

I'm missing the sp_replincrementlsn_internal system stored proc.

I'm thinking, hoping, praying that by reinstalling sp3a I might get it back.

Do I need to "uninstall" sp3a before installing it again?
If so, what are the steps to uninstall it?
