Re-installing McAfee after upgrade to Win2K Pro

I recently upgraded one of the users in my company to Windows 2000 from Windows 98 using the Win2K Pro CD. After the upgrade, I had to reinstall McAfee 4.5.1 (the version that my company is using right now) because when the PC restarted, I got a message that the DAT files were corrupt, please reinstall the product.

However, after reinstalling, the AVSyncMgr service was no longer in Services and the McAfee shield did not appear in the system tray.

Any ideas as to how I can get the AVSyncMgr service installed?
