Re-Installing IPO Contact Store ???

Dears,

I would like to remove the contact store and install it again on the same machine.

What are the needed steps to do this?
How can we take backup for the important files (Databsae, configurataions ...etc?
And, after installing again, what are the steps to restore the same configuration again?
