re-install !!

guys after having to re-install my software i am having a problem with words key code..it calls for a 25 digit keycode..the disk only has a 20 digit keycode?. i can't call gateway because my warrenty has ran out..

does anyone have the 25 digit keycode?.or atleast tell me how i can get it..

If its registered then microsoft will be able to provide you with a code.

yeh i got it..actually registered through gateway..that was the problem..my warrenty ran out so they would not help..and of course they pre-install everything for ya when they send it out so i didn't get the disk cover with the keycode..after getting nowhere and running out of time(term papers due) i called microsoft and explained my problem..issued me a new keycode no questions asked..

pretty sweet..they stand behind there product even if it was not issued by them personally..
