Re-install Arcserve with Old Database

Hi,

i have some problems with my backup server. Windows 2000 is acting very stange so i just want to re-install everything from scatch.

The only thing i want to know is what i need to do if i want to keep the actual ArcServe Database. If i copy the Database directory to another server and put it back after the installation is it gonna work?

Yes, just get rid of the database\r*.* files.
Don't keep those files, they will be recreated.

Another way is to use the Recover Database feature, but your way is easier.
