I have two IPOs running the latest 9.0 and a UC module running the latest as well. I had the UC module working in one IPO, but decided that it would better serve the customer if I put it in the other. The licenses were good in both IPOs so I decided to swap. Everything in the SSA shows that the UC is fat and happy but when you dial *17 I get a busy signal. The UC admin page under "settings" says "IP Office ignition is not complete. Please run the Manager ignition process" As I have already ran this process on the other IPO, I don't see how to run the process again on the other IPO. The IPO that has the UC in it says the VM password is wrong so it can't log in. (error in SSA) Security settings wont let me change the password for the vm so I am stuck unless I can re-ignite the uc module to the new IPO. Thoughts???
