Which version of Oracle?
Unless you notice significant performance degradation, I would not reindex..If anything, running an analyze on the entire schema may be useful every other month or so, but, even for that, I would wait until I saw a need based on response time..The structure BOE sets up in Oracle is very efficient most of the time.
