I have a question regaurding re-imaged systems. We are a school division with 33 schools, some of these schools purchase software in bundels of 5 or 10, so I create collections based on the Net Bios name of those computers. For some reason when one of those system is re-imaged that computer in the collection shows Obsolete. In the All systems collection it shows twice, once as obsolete and once as active.

how do I get the active one to show up in the collection I created for that software?

Hi,
When you re-image a computer it will get the identical name SMS guid etc. What you can do here is:
1. Create a collection where you display obsolete accounts and delete them on a regular basis via the delete special function.
2. In your current collection modify your query to only show active systems.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,
GSC
