Hi All,
I have an option 11, and my supervisor wants me to set up an internal DN that people can call to reach a 1900 number that is on our telephone network but external to our switch. How would I go about setting this up in the system and do I have to use a TN to program this number on to allow the forward feature to work?

set your cdb opt to cff, it may be cfo(default).. that gives the station ncos the forward dest control.. so if the phone can call the number, it can forward to the number.. then along with cfa you need cfxa and the fna 8 key to forward to a 9 digit number..
