If I have a list of contacts all in column A for a cell for each Name, Company, Address Line 1, Line 2, City, State, Zip

is there a simple way to convert it to be in another tab as A=Name B=Company C=Add Line 1 D=Line 2 E=City F=State G=Zip????

so that each contact has their own line, is there a macro I can use to do this.. & what if my contacts dont all take up the standard amount of rows?

Not sure I understand what format you currently have, but have you looked at Data > Text To Columns?

[tab][red]The plural of anecdote is not data[/red]

Help us help you. Please read FAQ181-2886 before posting.

If you really have commas between each portion of the contact info, then:

Data | Text to Columns ...

will do the trick.
