Hi Everyone;
I went and removed everything that was in ld 49 under DCNO 0 and went to ld 49 DCNO 0 and reentered 513 458 8790 to ring at 2000 which is the Auto Attendant, but it goes to the Operator, I checked CDB and idc is set to yes and I checked rdb and the idc is set to yes, what step did I mess, don't I have to put 2000 somewhere, so when I dial 513 458 8790 it will go to 2000 and not the operator?
This the frist time I've had to deal with DID's.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

You Guys are Great!

OK you told us what you did, now tell us what it is your trying to do.

If you are recieving 4 digits like most of us, you would only put in the 8790 and then the 2000 right there. you said you put in the 8790 but then you asked about the 2000, it should have been entered when you did the 8790.

Sorry for mix up, this is still all new to me, but I'm learning, yes this is DID number, When someone calls in from the outside, they would dial 458-8790 and they should get the Auto Attendant which is Ext. 2000, but it is going to Operator and by passing the Auto Attendant ,The DID is rout 17, went to ld 49 and entered 458 8790 to be answered by the auto Attendant(Ext. 2000), I checked the cdb and idc is allowed, I checked rdb and idc is yes, what step did i mess, because it still goes to the operator.
Here is how it was entered.

The Guys here are Great!

When the outside line is answered by Auto Attendant, the person will get a message to enter the Ext. # of the person they are trying to reach or enter 0 for the operator or stay on the line and the operator will be with you, and the last step stated above the operator will answer the call and direct you to the person you are trying to reach.

Great Forum!

OK next question, if you dial 2000 from a phone what do you get? The AA?

Yes I get the Auto Attendant if I dial 2000 from a phone on grounds.

Are you sure you are using DCN0?
