On the PC in question the #3 key will not respond. If I do a Shift+3 it will register the #. I have tried swapping keyboards and get the same results. If I restart I'm able to use the 3 until I log-in, once Windows is full load it will no longer function properly.
I'm run Windows XP sp2, I'm also running the Logitech setpoint software with uberoptions. I have un/re-installing Setpoint, and removing the keyboard drivers with no affect.
I'm guessing this is sometype of windows feature for situations where the key is held down for long periods of time. But I can't find where I would disable or reset this feature.
