Re Do Routing table?

Does any one know a good way to redo the routing table? My table is carried over from 10 years and it is a mess.
Is there a utility that will generate a defauly or standard table to start over with?

Also is there a listing of good number to block, I know I should block 900 and 976 and limit International numbers any one know what else?
