re-discovery pc's with unicenter remote control agent installed

Please assist, the sub-ordinate server crashed adn needed to be re-installed, How do I import the pc's with the unicenter remote control agent installed
We do not have a backup to restore the database

Once you get the subordinate server back up won't the urc agents report back in as long as the server has the same name? Then I believe when they report a local address book is created which will then update the global address book on the management server? There will be no connection history available in the RCDataBase. If this is not correct open a call with CA. They have helped me a great deal with the CA tools.
