Re-directing mail

Hi,

How can I redirect the emails that I receive in my Lotus notes server to another email address?

Create-> Agent

Name it.

Set it to run "When new mail has arrived"

Select "add Action"; Set to "Send mail Message"

Enter the internet address, create a subject
select the option to include copy of document

Ok and save. turn it on and of course make sure you can run agents.

Go to the Notes Name & Address Book find your Person document, in the Mail section enter the required email address into the "Forwarding address" field. Save and close the person document.
Note this will send all future mail to the specified account, it will NOT be stored in the Notes mail database as well.
