Re-design our server configuration

Since no one seems to respond in the cluster forum, I thought I'd try here. I'm looking for some recommendations on migrating from a single server NT4/Exchange Server to a clustered Win2k/Exchange Server configuration. In other words, I'd like to take all the data on our old server, including msexchange, and put it on a new, upgraded, clustered setup.

Should I just use xmerge to get the exchange data to the new server(s)?

Any suggestions or comments on this difficult process would be appreciated.
