How do I reconfigure updates services in SBS 2003 R2? The drive WSUS was stored on crashed. It was on a seperate data drive, not a RAID drive.

Remove it from the Add/Remove programs if you can. If you can't, try reinstalling it and choosing a valid drive for setup. If that doesn't work because of debris left behind from the previous install, I would search the registry for keys related to WSUS and delete them, after exporting each one. Then I'd try installing again. You may actually want to download the WSUS 3.0 server. I recently installed it instead of the 2.0 server, and despite it being an RTM and not a Release Candidate, it worked great for getting updates done for DST.
