Re-compile swf resources to swf

I’ve used Sothink SWF Decompiler to export the swf resources and make some changes in notepad which is easy.

But just how do you recompile them back again to an swf?

Hopefully by using the program I already have ie Sothink SWF Decompiler or some free alternative?
