can agent work from w/o ip softphone or avaya phone? Can an agent use a feature access code to logon as an agent and auto-in? When the customer call in, it send the call the agent's ip phone in the office. If EC500 is turned on that phone, will it ring at the agent home phone number.
Is there any better solution than this?
